Hivoly is one engine, deployed per client, each with its own voice-AI agents, memory, and integrations. As Staff Engineer you'd shape how that engine is built so the next client is cheaper to bring on than the last one.

What you'd work on
- Designing the core architecture shared across client deployments
- Working on the voice-AI layer — real-time conversation, memory, structured output
- Setting technical direction together with the founders, not waiting for it
- Reviewing code and raising the bar on how the team ships
What we're looking for
- Several years building and shipping production systems, ideally with some AI/LLM integration experience
- Judgment about what to build now versus later — we're small, not every idea is worth building yet
- Comfortable being the most senior engineer in the room
- Working English with the team; Ukrainian or Polish is a plus
