Hivoly sells AI automation agents to small and mid-size businesses across Ukraine and Poland. As Sales Manager you'd own the path from a booked call to a signed client — the same motion we run ourselves today, just with more hands on it.

What you'd work on
- Running discovery calls with business owners and turning what you hear into a clear offer
- Managing the pipeline from first call through demo to signed contract
- Working closely with the team that builds the automations, so promises match what we can actually ship
- Helping refine pricing and positioning as we learn what works
What we're looking for
- Experience selling to SMB owners, ideally in UA or PL markets
- Comfortable with a numbers-over-adjectives pitch — we sell results, not hype
- Native or fluent Ukrainian or Polish, plus working English
- Entrepreneurial enough to help build the playbook, not just follow one
